Doors open sharp at 18:00. Upon arrival, guests will have the opportunity to get their red carpet photo taken before finding their way to our caviar and cocktails aperitivo courtesy of Campari Group and Adamas Luxury Italian Caviar. The aperitivo is a great time to meet guests and catch-up with fellow alumni.

 

At 20:00 doors to the dining hall open and guests can make their way to their assigned table. Table allocation is arranged by us organizers on the basis of the requests made by guests using the dedicated field in our ticket purchasing form as well as our discretion based on alma mater, declared interests/hobbies and industry. Over the course of the dinner, there will be several brief presentations culminating with our annual charity raffle. 

 

By 22:30 all raffle prizes should have been handed out and we organizers cede the stage to the live music band and the dancefloor to our guests. Refreshments will be provided in the form of classic cocktails as well as selected whisky syndicates from Lloyd's Liquid Sunshines both available at the open bar.
