    Registration and aperitif

    Upon arriving at Palazzo Parigi guests will be able to register at the event's reception before proceeding to the welcome drinks.

    Given Milan's reputation as the home of the "aperitivo", we are making sure that the Ball follows this local tradition appropriately. Thanks to Gruppo Campari's continued support, guests will be able to enjoy a selection freshly-prepared traditional aperitif drinks such as the Campari Spritz and Negroni accompanied by Palazzo Parigi's finger food.

    As per tradition, guests will be treated to award-winning sturgeon caviar provided by Adamas Caviar straight from its farm in the Milan hinterland.

    Dinner

    20:00 - 22:30

    Doors to the main hall will be opened at 20:00 and guests will be treated to a dinner menu prepared by Palazzo Parigi's Michelin-starred executive chef and paired with wines from the hotel's renown cellar.

    Inbetween courses there will be brief keynote speeches as well as the introduction to our official charity partner "Associazione Italiana GIST".

    Guests will be able to purchase tickets for the charity raffle until the end of the dinner.

    Live music and dancing

    Upon completion of the charity raffle, guests will be able to dance the night away accompanied by live music and of course the open bar. This year we are delighted to be able to offer you free tastings of some of Vallinch & Mallet's single cask whiskies and rums.
